We fully support the protection and advancement of human rights throughout our operations and are committed to acting with integrity in all our business dealings.
Our staff handbook and recruitment policies ensure that all prospective UK employees are legally entitled to work in the UK. They also include a focus on ensuring that employees are fairly compensated and a safe working environment is maintained.
We work with those in our supply chain to ensure that they are open and transparent in their activities. As part of our supplier agreements, suppliers warrant that they comply with applicable laws including those governing social responsibility and equal opportunity. Our suppliers are also subject to a screening procedure, and confirm their compliance with all applicable laws including the prohibition on the use of forced labour and child labour.
We remain focused on maintaining high standards of ethical and business integrity in our business and supply chains. In the coming financial year, we will continue to develop staff awareness for the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to ensure that our policies and procedures are well suited in addressing the risks of modern slavery in the business and supply chain.
